Every trip begins with a conversation to understand your travel preferences and the type of experience you're looking for. We can chat via WhatsApp, email, or even schedule a Zoom call to connect face-to-face.
We will chat about the time of year you want to go and which countries are the best seasonal fit for your trip and interests.
We will then create an Inspirational Look Book featuring camps and lodges that align with your interests, complete with images and short videos.
From there, we’ll create a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences and set to your budget.
Once you are happy to confirm, we take a 25% deposit and the balance is due 60 days prior to travel.
You are sent your Travel App - that allows you easy access to all your travel plans, flight information, timings, meet up places, vouchers, documents - and you are good to go! We remain in contact with you throughout your travels.
